Danko Plant Breeders Ltd. is a Polish plant breeding company with an old and long tradition. First breeding activities started in 1880.
We concentrate mainly on cereal breeding and we develop new varieties of wheat, rye, triticale, oats and barley .
Our mission is improving the efficiency of plant production by developing and marketing new varieties of excellent quality and high yield. Our products meet highest requirements of farmers, food and feed processors, industry and bioenergy producers.
Our varieties find appreciation on market both in Poland and in majority countries all over Europe from East Belarus and Moldova to France and Ireland and from Slovenia to Norway as well to some extend in USA, Canada, South Korea, New Zealand.
Our headquarter is placed in CHORYŃ which is located in the mid-western part of Poland, 60 km south of Poznań.Our researches and production are conducted in Choryń, Kopaszewo, Sobiejuchy, Laski and Dębina stations.
